1. No smoking on property.
2. If you are traveling with children, please contact the inn so we may put you in an appropriate room.
3. No pets allowed except for service dogs for the blind and deaf.
4. Beer and wine for purchase only and must be consumed on the 1st floor common rooms.
5. No alcohol is allowed in guest rooms.
6. Any alcohol NOT purchased at Inn must be kept in owners vehicle and NOT in your room.
7. Check-in after 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
8. Please contact the Inn with an estimated time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
